REFUND POLICY

At Voryntyl, we are committed to providing high-quality digital, consulting, branding, and credit-related services. Due to the nature of our services, this Refund Policy explains when refunds are not available and the terms you agree to upon purchase.

 

 

 

All Sales Are Final

 

 

Due to the nature of the services and digital products provided by Voryntyl:

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED

 

This includes, but is not limited to:

 

  • Credit repair and business credit services

  • Branding, design, and consulting services

  • Strategy sessions, audits, and coaching

  • Digital products, templates, and downloads

  • Setup fees, retainers, and deposits

 

 

Once payment is made and services have begun or digital access is granted, no refunds will be provided.

 

 

 

Non-Refundable Fees

 

 

The following are strictly non-refundable:

 

  • Consultation fees

  • Onboarding or setup fees

  • Monthly service fees

  • Completed or partially completed work

  • Missed appointments or no-shows

 

 

 

 

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

 

 

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Voryntyl may result in:

 

  • Immediate termination of services

  • Suspension of access to digital products

  • Collection actions or legal remedies

 

 

We encourage clients to contact us directly to address concerns before initiating disputes.

 

 

 

Service Termination

 

 

If services are terminated due to:

 

  • Violation of Terms & Conditions

  • Failure to provide required documentation

  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior

 

 

No refunds will be issued.

 

 

 

Exceptions

 

 

Refunds will only be considered if:

 

  • A duplicate payment was made in error, or

  • A billing error occurred due to a system malfunction

 

 

All exception requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the transaction and are subject to review and approval.

 

 

 

Client Responsibility

 

 

By purchasing services from Voryntyl, you acknowledge that:

 

  • You have reviewed and agreed to this Refund Policy

  • You understand that results are not guaranteed

  • You accept full responsibility for your purchasing decision
