Limitation of Liability:
Voryntyl is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Clients assume responsibility for decisions made using our services.
Governing Law:
U.S. law and the state in which Voryntyl is registered governs this Agreement.
2. Credit & Financial Disclaimer
Voryntyl is not a credit bureau, lender, bank, or law firm.
Services Provided:

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations:

Must be made at least 24 hours in advance

Late cancellations are non-refundable
Rescheduling:

Allowed once with 24-hour notice

Additional requests may incur fees
No-Shows & Late Arrivals:

No-shows forfeit appointments

Arrivals >10 minutes late may result in session cancellation without extension
4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
When using Voryntyl services, website, or communications, the following are prohibited:

Fraudulent or illegal activity

Harassment, threats, or abuse of staff

Misuse of services for unlawful purposes

Attempts to manipulate credit systems
Enforcement:
Voryntyl may suspend or terminate services, deny access, or take legal action for violations, without refund.
